We send all of our parcels via Royal Mail. We will email you the tracking number once it's available so you can follow its journey to you! Click here to go to the Royal Mail Track and Trace website. 



Good news babe, we accept returns on all orders! We like to make your life easy and hassle free.

Before you return your items to us, please make sure you meet the following returns criteria as we will not accept returns on:

  • Any items with tags removed
  • Signs of wear
  • Odour or smells
  • Makeup marks

The items you would like to return to us for a refund must be returned back to us within 14 days of receiving them.

Please make sure you complete the enclosed return form from your parcel, as clearly as possible to prevent your refund from being delayed. There's details on there that we'll need to make sure you get your refund! 

We do not refund the delivery or return postage that you may have paid. 

When you return your items, we recommend getting proof of postage (i.e. receipt of posting or tracked back to us). If your parcel goes missing and you do not have this, we cannot guarantee you a refund. We may ask to see this information if you parcel does go missing so please do have this to hand.

We will also include the above return address and our contact details again, should you need them, inside your parcel for you. 

Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed, once we have received the items back. We will refund you using the same original payment method you used to pay with. You will receive an email when this has been processed our end. 



Please allow one working day for all standard orders to be processed and dispatched. Allow up to 48 hours in extremely busy periods such as seasonal and bank holidays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automatic email. Please check your spam/junk folder for this if you do not receive it.

You will receive an email and/or SMS of your order and delivery updates where applicable. Our email/SMS system relies on the customer inputting their email/mobile number correctly when ordering.

Our delivery system relies on the customer inputting the correct shipping address in order to deliver to the correct address and in the specified timescales. This includes incorrect postcodes, missing door numbers and/or street names. Our couriers cannot deliver in the specified timescales or to the specified address if any of these are input incorrectly/are missing. We can not be held responsible for orders going missing within the courier system due to incorrect addresses given by the customer. Please ensure the correct full shipping address is input when ordering.

If there is a discrepancy with the courier where items have been tracked/signed for then we can only issue a refund back to the customer once an enquiry has been raised with the courier and the courier has refunded back to us. This will be issued at our discrepancy.

If you are having an order delivered to your work address and it is tracked & delivered at that said address, we can not then refund a customer who can not then place the item within their work place. Once an order is delivered at a workplace it is then the customers responsibility. We can not refund or resend orders lost within a work place.

If your order is not received within the applicable timescale's specified above you must contact us to inform us of this within 14 days of the order being placed. If you contact us outside of this we can not issue a refund.
