What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payments online through our secure checkout, which includes MasterCard, PayPal, Visa, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not store credit/debit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

 

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We hate to be the bearer of bad news but we're afraid this isn't possible. Our prompt team would have already started processing your order right from when you completed it. Sorry babe! You'll have to either order the additional items separately, as another order, or return the items you do not want (once you've received them) for a refund. 

 

Where is my order?

Don't fret, we keep our eyes on the prize until it is delivered to you. We track our parcels from the moment they leave our warehouse and update you along the way. We provide your order with a tracking number which will be emailed to you in due course so you can track its progress too. 

 

Can I exchange an item I have bought?

Sorry babe but we don't offer exchanges. You can return the item you do not want back to us (see our returns policy here) and wait until we receive it back and give you your refund or order the item you want in the meantime. Our stock does sell out fast so don't leave it too long or you will regret it! 

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received the item(s) back, we will get straight onto that refund for you! We try to be as quick as possible for you, however please do allow up to 10 working days to receive your money back. Please click here to see the full return procedure.
